Rza Sadiq has been appointed the new chairman of the supervisory board of the Bank BTB OJSC, the message of the bank said Dec.23.
Such a decision was made during the general shareholders' meeting of the bank, where its financial results for the third quarter of 2015 were discussed.
Since September 2015, this position was held by Jeyhun Pashali, while Rza Sadiq was a member of the supervisory board of the bank.
"The Bank BTB, despite the difficult economic situation, gained profit worth 132,410 manats in the third quarter of 2015," the message said.
In the reporting period, the bank's assets amounted to about 156 million manats, which is 14 million manats more compared to the beginning of the year.
There is currently an ongoing process of increasing the bank's share capital to 52 million manats at the expense of placement of additional registered undocumented shares.
The Bank BTB OJSC was founded in 2010 and being a universal finance and credit institution, provides a full range of banking services. Currently, the bank has 10 branches and 20 ATMs in addition to the head office.
