From Feb. 19, Azerbaijan's Kapital Bank will realize the sale of the US dollars at a rate of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA), said the bank Feb. 19.
The official exchange rate is 1,5635 AZN/$1 as of Feb. 19.
In other words, the selling rate of dollars by the bank will not be different from the rate set by the CBA.
This change will not apply to the rate for the purchase of dollars, as well as for the sale and purchase of euro and other foreign currencies, added the bank.
Kapital Bank is included in PASHA group of companies - a large investment holding company in Azerbaijan. It is widely represented in such sectors as insurance, construction, construction materials, tourism and others.
