In January-June 2019, Azerbaijan exported 15.83 million tons of oil, which is 16.7 percent more than in January-June 2018, Trend reports referring to the country's State Customs Committee (SCC).
In terms of value, the oil exports during the reported period amounted to $7.6 billion (an increase of 10.4 percent).
Also, during the reported period, Azerbaijan exported almost 521,000 tons of oil products for $261 million. Compared to the same period of the last year, these figures decreased by 4.9 percent and 7.6 percent, respectively. The share of oil products in the country's total exports is 2.61 percent.
In January-June 2019, total exports of Azerbaijan in monetary terms amounted to $9.9 billion, which is 15.19 percent more compared to January-June 2018.
