Azerbaijan’s Ulduz chocolate factory, confectionery producer located in Baku, has completed the development of a new production line of sweets, a source in the factory told Trend.
“The factory produced new types of jelly candies with various fruit fillings,” the source said.
"Presently, new confectionery products are already on sale in Baku’s stores,” the source said. “At the same time, the factory has fully established the production of chocolate fudge and expanded the range of boxed chocolates. A lot of nuts, sugar and other ingredients were used in the production of these products."
The factory will increase the production capacity, expand the range and export of sweets this year.
Ulduz confectionery factory is part of Veyseloglu-Yayjili-Gardashlar LLC. The modern Italian, Turkish and German equipment is used at the factory.
