BAKU, Azerbaijan, May 10. Turkey increased the export of defense industry products by 42.3 percent (to $1.3 billion) from January through April 2022 compared to the same period last year, the Turkish Ministry of Trade told TurkicWorld, Trend reports.
"Turkey exported defense industry products worth $392.1 million in April 2022, which is 29.6 percent more than in the same month last year," the ministry said.
According to the ministry, Turkey has exported defense industry products worth $3.6 billion over the past 12 months.
