BAKU, Azerbaijan, May 27. Azerbaijani IDRAK Technology Transfer LLC plans to expand its production capacity, Chief Financial Officer and Board Member Farrukh Mirzayev of the company told Trend.
According to him, it is planned to build a new enterprise on the territory of an existing plant.
"This plant is planned to produce "smart" stops, buses capable of moving both on rails and on ordinary roads, "smart" road signs and a number of other high-tech products," Mirzayev said.
According to Mirzayev, the construction of a new plant will allow expanding production figures, in particular, for smart stops up to 3,000 – 5,000 per year.
"Today, the EU countries are showing particular interest in our smart stops and buses. We already have contracts under which it is planned to start exporting them from the third quarter of this year," he added.
