BAKU, Azerbaijan, June 6. The possibilities of increasing throughput capacity of Trans-Anatolian gas pipeline (TANAP) to 31 billion cubic meters per year are being studied, Director General of Southern Gas Corridor (SGC) CJSC Afgan Isayev told Trend.
According to him, throughput of TANAP pipeline can be increased from 16 to 31 billion cubic meters per year, if such a decision will be made by partners and shareholders.
"It is necessary to install five compressor stations for increasing the throughput capacity," he said.
