BAKU, Azerbaijan, November 15. Azerbaijan will present its fourth voluntary national report in 2024, Deputy Prime Minister of Azerbaijan Ali Ahmadov said at the II Baku Forum on Sustainable Development themed “Sustainable finance and investment”, Trend reports.

"Not many countries worldwide have presented or are ready to present their fourth report. This shows the Azerbaijani government considers the global project's implementation a crucial task, and we'll continue working in this direction," he stated.

"At today's forum, representatives from various countries and international organizations will share detailed insights on the achieved successes in meeting Sustainable Development Goals [SDGs] and the tasks to be tackled in the future," added the official.

Azerbaijan presented its first, second and third voluntary national reports on the implementation of SDGs in 2017, 2019 and 2021.

The first report was entitled as "Azerbaijan - 2030: from the Millennium Development Goals Towards the Sustainable Development Goals", while the second and third reports - as “Transforming our world: the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development”.
