The State Commission has not received any document that Azerbaijani captivated soldier by Armenia Rafig Hasanov wants to transfer to the third country, the State Commission on Captives, Hostages and Missing Citizens Secretary Shain Sailov told Trend on March 12.

Azerbaijani Army Soldier Rafig Hasanov, 20, was captivated by the Armenian militaries on the contact line in the Gazakh region on Oct. 8 in 2008 under unknown conditions.

Recently, the Armenian media has spread reports on Hasanov's refusing from the Azerbaijani citizenship and wanting to transfer to the third country.

Sailov said those reports were false and the State Commission must receive an official document from international organizations on the captive's transferring to the third country.

Officers of the International Red Cross Committee regularly visit the Azerbaijani captive, Sailov said. The committee told the state commission that Hasanov's health is satisfactory.

The state commission is taking all necessary steps to return Hasanov to Azerbaijan, Sailov said.

The captive's father Rahman Hasanov regarded the reports on his son's desire to transfer to the third country as an Armenian sabotage.
