July 28, the Armenian Armed Forces opened fire from areas and positions in the Voskepar in the Armenian Noemveryan region to the Azerbaijani troops in the village Ashagi Askipara in the Gazakh region at 15:00-15:10, Azerbaijani Defence Ministry reported.
The Azerbaijani troops answered their fire. No causalities were reported.
