(РњРµdiamax) вЂ" The International Crisis Group /ICG/ Organization prepares recommendations on settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, the first of which will be a necessity to prepare the public opinion, ICG vice president Alain Deletroz made such a statement. He said, “One must not compromise without preparations of people by means of media and presidents’ addresses”.

"We are currently not observing any preparation of the public opinion. It will be likely our first recommendation”, Alain Deletroz told in the interview, published today in the Moscow “Political class” magazine.

The ICG vice president reported, “our team is currently working
in Nagorni Karabakh and getting ready the report on the issue”.

"We have prepared two reports: on intra-political situations in Azerbaijan and Armenia. However, we have not formulated any recommendations yet. There will be no peace, if no side wants to compromise. The situation may be preserved for long”, Alain Deletroz said.

В"There is a positive element in Trans-Caucasus one should not forget. There are no so many conflicts of the kind in the world, when after the cease-fire 10 years passed with such low victims number.

For instance, Karabakh is the only conflict in the world where the cease-fire is observed and respected without interim international mechanisms and peace-keeping forces. Thus, cultural human ground for solution of such conflicts exists”, he stated.
