Divisions of Armenian Armed Forces Destroy Forests of Azerbaijan
Divisions of the Armenian Armed Forces destroyed a forest (18 hectares) located in the village of Borsunlu in the Tartar district of Azerbaijan. According to the inhabitants of the village, the forest is rich in fruits and various kinds of trees, and since 1994, the Armenian Armed Forces have been cutting the trees down and using them for firewood, a Trend Regional Correspondent reports.
The inhabitants added that it happens mainly in the winter season. According to them, the Armenian Armed Forces have left the forest in a terrible state and almost no trees remain. According to the information provided by the Executive Power of the village, they have appealed to the relevant bodies. In addition, it was stated that the divisions of the Armenian Armed Forces destroy the nature of Azerbaijan by destroying the forests.
