Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend corr. K.Almadatov / Unexploded mines were found in the Gazakh region of Azerbaijan.
The company Yuk Avtonagliyyat in Gazakh neutralized ten unexploded antitank mines, Madat Mammadov, head of the group from the Azerbaijani National Agency for Mine Action, said in an interview with a regional reporter from Trend news agency on 21 November. Measures to disarm mines will be continued from 20 to 25 November.
According to Yagubov Rasul, head of Yuk Avtonagliyyat, mines of the National Army of Azerbaijan were buried in 1992.
Gazakh region is located 520km east of Baku.
