Torrential rains in Azerbaijani regions have caused serious damage to private economy and infrastructure of the regions.
The weather conditions have changed June 24-25. It was raining. Strong wind was blowing, a statement said.
As a result of bad weather houses in several areas were damaged. Social and public facilities, sown areas, communications facilities and electricity were damaged. The amount of damage is being specified.
On Thursday there was strong wind at 08:00 p.m. in the village Duyarli in Terter region.
A tree fell on a moving automobile "VAZ-2103", belonging to a resident of Barda district Seifaddin Piriyev.
According to the Interior Ministry, Piriyev and one passenger, a resident of Barda district Metleb Pashaev died on the spot, other passengers - Sabuhi Yagubzade, Jamil Jahangiov and his brother Shafa were injured.
