Two men died when a Piper light aeroplane crashed in western Switzerland, police reported Saturday, DPA reported.
The wreckage was found late Friday, after several hours of searching, north of Yverdon-les Bains near the French border.
The victims were a British national, aged 29, and a 40-year-old Swiss man, police said in the city of Lausanne, adding that the crash would be investigated.
The plane had taken off at 10:35am (0835 GMT) on Friday, but lost contact to ground staff 30 minutes later. The wreckage was found at around 4:30pm, after several helicopter conducted a search
