A malfunction occurred in the engine of a Russian cargo ship in the Azerbaijani sector of the Caspian Sea.
In the morning of November 28, the Crisis Management Centre of the Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES) received information that a malfunction occured in the engine of a Russian cargo ship near Chilov Island in the Caspian Sea, the Ministry of Emergency Situations official website said.
According to the statement, the rescue ship of the Caspian basin rescue service of the MES came to help the ship.
