Azerbaijan, Baku / corr Trend D.Khatinoglu / Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinezhad's participation in the 62nd UN General Assembly with respect to settle the contradictions with the West had a reverse result. "The Iranian President's visit to New York yielded an Anti-Iranian effect," Mohammad Asangaran, Iranian political expert based in Berlin Germany.

During Ahmadinejat's visit to New York from Spetmeber 21to 25, sanctions against Iran were toughened.

California's governor Arnold Schwarzenegger decided to sign a law which will recall investments from Iran. The House of Representatives and the US Senate have named Sepah-e- pasadaran into the list of the terrorist organizations. Moreover, The president of the Columbia University Lee C Bollinger named him as "Petty and Cruel Dictator"

"Ahmadinezhad skipped to answer the question regarding death penalties and repressions in Iran, demonstrating the face of a dictator regime," the political experts said.

"Ahamadinezhad's try to defend the nuclear issue during the UN General Assembly was a failure. The German Government, which used to keep its faith toward the Iranian Regime, now officially supports the US position against Iran" the political export stressed.

According to Asangarani, permanent exaggeration of the issue on US-Iranian war testifies for its inevitability. "War seems to be inevitable. First of all it will be a tragedy for the people in Iran. An only outlet from this swamp is the cancellation of dictatorship and establishment of democratic government. In the contrary war is inevitable" he warned.

With respect to the insults to Ahmadinezhad's address by the rector of the Columbian University former Iranian President Muhammad Khatemi said that we should be more careful while speaking at the international level, Iranian agency Farsnews reports.

The National Assembly of Iran demands the Foreign Minister to come out against assault of Iranian leader. According to unofficial reports, the Assembly blames Mottaki in enabling Iran's enemies to benefit the situation
