Azerbaijan, Baku / Тrend corr K. Ramazanova / The heads of the OSCE South Caucasus offices are holding an annual two-day closed regional meeting in Baku, according to the OSCE Baku office.
The representatives of the OSCE Georgian and Armenian offices and other OSCE representatives are in attendance.
OSCE Secretary General, Marc Perrin de Brichambaut, arrived in Baku to participate in the meeting. He plans to meet with civil society representatives and Azerbaijani officials. His visit will end on 19 October.
