Azerbaijan, Nakhchivan / corr Trend E.Mammadov / The chairman of the State Committee of City Building and Architecture in the Nakhchivan Autonomouc Republic (NAR) has been released from his duties, in accordance with a decree signed by Vasif Talibov, the chairman of the Supreme Assembly of NAR, Trend Regional Correspondent reports. Elchin Gahramanov was released from his position due to deficiencies in his work, the decree said.
The area of NAR is 5.5km sq m, which comprises 6.4% of Azerbaijan's territory. Nakhchivan includes the regions of Babek, Sharur, Ordubad, Sadarak, Shahbuz, Julfa and Kangarli. Nakhchivan AR with its capital in Nakhchivan city has a population of 380,200 people.
