Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend / On 27 November the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev sent a letter of congratulations to the President of Albania, Bamir Topi, on his country's Independence Day.
The Azerbaijani President expressed confidence in further development of relations of friendship and cooperation between the two countries.
Ilham Aliyev wished Bamir Topi health, happiness and long life, and also for continued peace, progress and prosperity to the people of Albania.
