Azerbaijan, Baku, 3 April / Trend corr I. Alizade/ The meting of the heads of Turkic speaking countries' Parliaments, which was expected to take place in Ankara at the end of May, is postponed. "The meeting of the Turkic speaking countries' Parliaments is planned to take place by the end of June. Azerbaijan plans to hold the meeting in July because the arrangements dedicated to the 90th anniversary of the Azerbaijani Parliament will take place in June. The working schedule of the Speaker is busy, thus he cannot leave the country," the head of the Azerbaijani Parliamentary Administration's Secretariat Sayad Alaskarov said to Trend on 2 April.

The document on establishment of the Parliamentary Assembly of Turkic speaking countries is expected to be signed during the meting. The representatives of Azerbaijan, Turkey, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan have already signed the protocol on intensions on establishment of the Parliamentary Assembly and all issues regarding it have been coordinated. Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan refused from participation in the Assembly.

"The issue on when to hold the meeting of the heads of the Parliaments was comprehensively discussed at the meeting of the working group for the establishment of Parliamentary Assembly of Turkic speaking countries several days ago in Astana. However, no agreement was achieved," Alaskarov said.

According to him, Azerbaijan has to inform the other Turkic speaking countries of its concrete position on the meeting by 10 April.
