Due to his considerable organizational capacity and scientific approach towards settlement of problems, Ramiz Mehdiyev has been coping with the most difficult targets of Republic scale for long years and is one of the bright representatives being nurtured by Heydar Aliyev, Azerbaijan's State Elite.
