France, Strasburg, 16 May / Trend corr. A.Maharramli / Veronika Kotek was appointed as a special representative of the Council of Europe Secretary General to Azerbaijan, the Azerbaijani standing representative in the Council of Europe reported to Trend .
Kotek will replace Denis Bribosia, former Special Representative of Council of Europe Secretary General in Azerbaijan, for two years term.
At present, Kotek takes the position of project Director of the Court Department and legal reforms of Director General on human rights. Previously, Kotek worked in the Moscow office of the UN Supreme Commissariat on refugees.
