With Its Actions,   Russia Officially Became Conflicting Side: Speaker of Georgian Parliament

Georgia, Tbilisi, 11 July /corr. Trend N.Kirskhalia / With its actions, as well as yesterday's statement by the Foreign Ministry, Russia officially became a conflicting side, Speaker David Bakaradze said during extraordinary meeting of Parliament on 10 July.

"This is unprecedented step. Russia demonstrated that it fully ignores opinion of the internatuional community," Speaker of Parliament said.

The extraordinary meeting of the Parliament of Georgia began with discussions over the recent provocative actions of Russia with regards to Georgia. The discussions included the project of the text of statement, which the Parliament must approve evening on Friday after making editorial corrections.The statement reflects recent actions of Russia with regards to Georgia - additional deployment of the military contingent of Russia, and also the order of Vladimir Putin dated 16 April, violation of country's airspace in the zone of Georgian-Ossetia conflict by Russian military aircraft, and also the acknowledgment of this fact by the Foreign Ministry of Russia.

After statement's approval, the Parliament will send it to UNO, OSCE, European Union, partner countries of Georgia and friendly countries.
