Iran, Teheran, 2 August / Trend corr. R.Azadbakhsh, T.Jafarov / Appointment of two persons critically tuned against the right ruling coalition by Ahmadinejad to minister positions, is directed to unite the ruling coalition and to win its complete support. "By appointing new ministers Ahmadinejad wants to unite the ruling coalition in his own political interest," Ahmad Razavian, Iranian political scientist told Trend .

Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad has submitted the list of candidates to the economy, internal and transport minister positions to Parliament. According to the information released by BBC on 30 July, Ali Kordan a candidate to internal minister position and Hamid Behbahani a candidate to transport minister position are persons close to the camp, which criticize the right coalition 'Usulgara'. Shamsaddin Hossein a candidate to economy minister position is a person close to another wing of coalition, which supports the Government.

Razavian believes that proposing Kordan's candidature, who is close to the chairman of the Council of Islamic Assembly Ali Larijani, Ahmadinejad wants to enlist the Council's support. At present, Kordan is the Deputy Petroleum Minister of Iran. Before, Kordan was the chairman in the technical department in the State TV, as well as financial representative of the State TV in Parliament.

The former advisor of the State Budget Program Ali Siyaseti evaluated Kordan's candidature as an attempt to unite two camps of the coalition Usulgara.

At present, the ruling coalition consists of two camps - Iranian Revolutionary Guardians Corps Sepah, which completely supports Ahmadinejad and conservative wing to criticize the President office. In 2009, Iran will host the presidential elections and unlikely the ruling coalition to support the incumbent President. During Ahmadinejad's office the country experienced many problems and inflation rate exceeded 21%.

Razavian considers that this step by Ahmadinejad was directed to affect the next presidential elections. "Ahmadinejad wants to appoint a representative from the coalition Usulgara to the internal minister position before the presidential elections and to tries to demonstrate closeness of the radical camp to the traditional conservative camp," Razavian said.

According to the both political scientists, apportionment of Shamsaddin Hossein, who served as the secretary in the Economic Changes Group, to the economy minister position, will be more scandalous. So, the economic tension is the most complex problem of the Iranian President. Hossein is under Ahmadinejad's influence. "Ahmad Tevekkul and Ilyas Naderan from the conservative wing of Usulgara, and several MPs -reformers may even hinder to appoint Hossein to the economy minister position, Siyaseti said.

Behbahani's candidature was proposed to this position as he has close relations with the President. During Ahmadinejad's office (three years) eleven ministers and high ranking officials were dismissed.
