Azerbaijan, Baku, 28 August / Trend / Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev attended at the opening ceremony of the four-storey 36 apartments building in Sumgait, which was built for disabled and Karabakh war martyrs' families, as well as disabled in the Chernobyl disaster.
A special exit was constructed in the building for the convenience of disabled. The building was constructed by order of the Azerbaijani Labour and Social Protection Ministry. Every apartment has been furnished with home appliances.
A television set and refrigerator were presented to every family on behalf of the President. Apartments are supplied with gas, electricity, water and telephone lines, as well as it is provided with central warming and fire signal systems.
Aliyev presented vouchers of new apartments and get familiarized with the building.
President was informed that five apartments were allocated for martyrs' families, 29 - Karabakh war disabled and 2 - Chernobyl disaster disabled.
