Azerbaijani Parliamentary Commission Develops Four Bills

Azerbaijan, Baku, 5 September / Trend corr. I.Alizade / The Azerbaijani standing Parliamentary Commission on Regional Issues has developed four bills. The bills will be submitted to the Parliament for discussion at the autumn session, Arif Rahimzade, Chairman of the Commission, said.

Twenty-two bills and two decisions, developed by the Commission, were adopted at the spring Parliamentary session.

The autumn session of the Parliament will be held on 1 October.

According to Rahimzade, the new projects are to introduce partial changes into the administrative-territorial division, changes into the Azerbaijani territorial status and state register over territorial districts, to introduce certain changes and supplements into the Azerbaijani municipal lists made into the law on territories and lands of municipalities.

The legislation plan of the autumn session of the Parliament was approved at the meeting.
