Russia and Turkey signed an agreement on simplified customs procedure. This was reported by the Turkish Cihan agency.
The agreement was signed by Emin Zararsiz, Head of the Turkish Customs Department, and Andrei Belaninov, Head of Russian's Customs Department. Under the protocol, Turkish companies, which will inform Russia of trades and their prices beforehand, will not lose time in customs-passing points. The entrepreneurs, who will not follow the rules, will have to pass a complete customs control.
