It became known that Ellada Ismayilova, 20-year old employee of District Election Commission in Narimanov district of Baku has been in Turkey, Police Department 17 Narimanov district said to Trend .
Ismayilova left home on 7 September at 10:00a.m. saying that she was going to work.
The investigation revealed that she left for Turkey voluntarily.
Police Department 17 Narimanov district has launched investigations into the fact.
