Afghanistan, Kabul, 28 September / Trend , corr: A.Hakimi/ RESIDENTS in the southern province of Helmand have accused foreign troops of killing innocent civilians during an air-raid aimed at killing Taliban militants. But, a spokesman for the provinceїs governor, Daoud Ahmadi, rejected the Greshk district residentsї claims. He said militants had been killed during ground operations launched by NATO-led troops in the district on Saturday. Ahmadi and Helmandїs police chief said they had no information about the losses suffered by the Taliban militants during the operation, which they said was still going on.
