According to Babajan, improving the Turkish-Armenian relations depends on the state of the Armenian-Azerbaijani relations. The Foreign Minister of Turkey emphasized that the window is opened for improvement in the Turkish- Armenian relations, but if this historical possibility will be incorrectly evaluated, it can be closed.
