France, Strasburg, Dec.16 / Trend , corr. A.Maharramli/European Union is in unrest about the chairmanship of Czechia in the organization, Jose Manuel Barosso, the President of the European Commission, said at the meeting of the European Parliament in Strasburg.
Since Jan.1 2009, the chairmanship in the EU will be passed from France to Czechia.
"Huge work has been done, and I think that Czechia has been prepared well from the technical point of view. I believe in Czechia, and in its adherence to implement ideas in Europe," Barosso said.
"We hope that our Czech counterparts to reach the success that Nicolas Sarkozy have already achieved," Barosso added.
