Tbilisi Mayor meets with representatives of ethnic minorities
Georgia, Tbilisi, Dec. 26 / Trend , N.Kirtskhalia /Today Georgian Mayor Gigi Ugulava met with representatives of ethnic minorities including Azerbaijanis in the school 98 within the Tbilisi is may house project. Mayor said that Georgia was always a country populated with representatives of ethnic minorities, and the development of any society is estimated on the tolerance attitude towards position, religion and traditions of different ethnic groups.
In this respect Tbilisi is usually differed amongst other countries. "Despite of the recent developments, no fact of violence against any ethnic group was witnessed in the country," Ugulava said.
Representatives of fifteen ethnic groups receive education in the school 98.
