On Dec. 26, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev offered condolence to his Ukrainian counterpart Viktor Yushchenko on occasion of a high death-toll caused by the blast in the bloc of flats in Evpatoria city.
In his letter Azerbaijani President offered his deepest condolence to relatives of the dead on behalf of Azerbaijani people and wished speedy recovery to the injured, AzerTaj state news agency reported.
