Kyrgyzstan, Bishkek, Feb. 19 /corr. Trend R.Mashadihasanli / The bilateral cooperation of Russia and Kyrgyzstan on combating extremism and strengthening the cooperation of the internal affairs agencies of the republics were discussed on Feb. 19 at the Interior Ministry of Kyrgyzstan, the chief of the press service of Interior Ministry, Police Colonel, Bakyt Seitov, said.
The discussions were held between the first deputy interior minister Sabyrbek Kurmanaliev, the head of department on combating extremism of the Interior Ministry of Russia Yuri Kokov and the division head of the same department Taymaz Imakov, who arrived in Kyrgyzstan at the invitation of the Interior Minister Moldomusy Kongantiev.
The guests from Russia visited memorial complex Ata-Beyit, where they laid flowers on the grave of Chingiz Aytmatov.
