14 individuals were elected to new positions in the Head Police Station of Baku through casting of lots, the station told Trend on Feb. 26.
Casting of lots was conducted to promote employees of junior rank and the ranks for medium rank positions in the Head Police Station of Baku on Feb. 25.
Employees graduating from the Police Academy, working at junior rank and the ranks positions in Baku's police departments for a long time, distinguishing by high characteristics in the work and passing special medical commission under the Interior Ministry were invited for casting of lots.
The station pays special attention to correct staff recruitment and allocation, the Head Police Station of Baku said. The meetings to increase education level, professionalism, physical and combat training and moral characteristics of personal staff are being carried out.
The experience to confer the rank upon employees having such characteristic features as professionalism, faithfulness to motherland and responsibility in the work will be continued in future, head of the department, major-general Rafiq Abbasov said.
