Azerbaijan President Ilham Aliyev has sent a letter of congratulation to President of Ghana John Evans Atta Mills on the country's Independence Day, AzerTaj State information agency reported.
In his letter, the President expressed confidence relations between Azerbaijan and Ghana will continue developing "in an atmosphere of friendship and cooperation".
The Azerbaijani leader wished Ghana's President "strong health and successes in your activities", and the people of his country "peace and prosperity".
