Azerbaijan's President Ilham Aliyev issued an order approving a number of documents signed between Azerbaijan and Kuwait in the city of Al-Kuwait on 10 February, AzerTaj state news agency reported.
The Cabinet of Ministers is in charge of taking necessary measures for the implementation of the document.
