Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev congratulated the President of Portugal Anibal Cavaco Silva on the national holiday - the Day of Portugal, AzerTaj state news agency reported.
"I hope that the development of bilateral relations between the two countries will continue in the future thanks to the efforts of both sides," the President of Azerbaijan stated in his congratulatory letter.
