Kyrgyzstan proposes Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) members states to establish conference on security in Central Asia.
Bishkek can be "ground for the conference", ITAR-TASS quoted Kyrgyz President Kurmanbek Bakiyev as saying at the SCO summit in Yekaterinburg.
He said "not simply extremism, but religious extremism" which uses religious symbols to undermine territorial integrity of states is one of the major threats for security in the region.
