NATO experts meet in Georgian Defense Ministry

Coordinators of the NATO-Georgia professional development project visited Georgia. Stefan Glower and David Jonson visited the Defense Ministry in the framework of their visit to the country, the Georgian Defense Ministry reported. Military attaché of Latvia Yanis Mikans also visited the Ministry.

The visit is aimed at holding trainings for civilian personnel of the Ministry in the professional development.

Coordinators met with senior officials of human resources management, department of defense policy and planning, international relations and Euro-Atlantic integration of the Defense Ministry, as well as personnel of the Department of Joint Staff of Georgian Armed Forces.

During the visit the delegation will also meet with Defense Minister David Sikharulidze, and Deputy Minister Georgy Muchaidze.

The program of professional development of civilian personnel was developed in the framework of the NATO-Georgia Council.
