It is part of a new doctrine of defensive operations used by Georgia under support of the USA. Earlier special antitank subdivisions were created.

"We cope with new methods. I am glad how our military men act there," Sikharulidze said after trainings. He stressed that training will be strengthened."

"Trainings were held without any problems. Subdivision fulfilled its task together with other subdivisions participating in these trainings. This battalion was created two months ago. I am glad how military men coped with skills and used them today," Chankotadze said.

Trainings had mixed character. Infantrymen, antitank subdivision and artillery participated in these trainings.
