The Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) report on Azerbaijan can be prepared at the October or January session of the organization, said the Head of Azerbaijani delegation to the PACE, Samad Seyidov, who made a speech at the session of the PACE Monitoring Committee on June 23. He said that the session of the Monitoring Committee discussed the preparation of a report on Azerbaijan for October or January session.
"There are two proposals. The report will be devised either for October or January session, and this depends on the working table of the rapporteurs," the MP said.
