Confucius holds one of key places among great scientists of humanity. He said if ruling in accordance with the law, to settle, punishing, people, will be aware but will never shame. If ruling in accordance with virtue, to settle upon ritual, people not only to shame but express obedience.

The government of the People's Republic of China solved next conflict based on inter-ethnic clashes between Uygurs and Hans (ethnic Chinese) in Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region. Roughly 184 people died. Uygurs having formed national self-knowledge and old history live under Chinese state system within several centuries and excited rebellion several times.

Chairman of the People's Republic of China Hu Jintao did not participate in the summit of G8 in Akvila. Though most of people appreciated this action as sign of tension, it was demonstration of solidarity with people during hard time. Adequate actions were made to prevent escalation of tension. These actions included demonstration of power with participation of armed forces of the People's Republic of China to frighten protesting people, ban for Friday Namaz in mosques and ensuring of Uygurs' security from Hans' attacks.

As always, analysts try to reveal organizers or find ways leading to the West after similar events in countries having problems with human rights. But Uygurs' protests turned to be aimless, i.e. spontaneous. Nobody from the outside planned or dared to organize this action in the country with the biggest population on the planet. Even World Congress of Uygurs was not ready for development of events. The reason was world financial crisis, more precisely employment of Uygurs. Ethnic clashes began due to employment.

But who will gain profit from Chinese events? First, European countries will have benefit as they need alternative energy resources. It deals with that Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region is the biggest oil and gas province of the People's Republic of China and connects China with central Asian countries. Oil pipeline was constructed via this region from Kazakhstan, as well as gas pipeline from Turkmenistan that must be put into operation by late 2009.

Events in Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region pose risk for realization of supplies via pipelines from Central Asia to China. So, Nabucco project is priority for Turkmenistan. Nabucco is designated for gas supply to European consumer via Turkey avoiding Russia. The Turkmen President Gurbanguly Berdymukhamedov for the first time voiced supply of Nabucco gas pipeline project with Turkmen fuel amid these events.

The world community always shows restraint towards Chinese issues as China is unique country having 1.3 billion-population. It is difficult for China to feed, employ population, especially during crisis. For example, population of Africa hits 960 million people, 300 million starve. According to UN Food and Agricultural Organization, number of starving people hits more than 1 billion of people.

Chinese problems with ethnic minority and other human rights is less important for the West and the whole world if problem with right for food occurs in China. Problem of starvation was urgent in China in 1970 of last century. Over 800 million people suffered from hunger in China. So, the government of the People's Republic of China does not need any aid. It provides Chinese citizens materially and morally. China fulfills inestimable mission of global character.
