Georgian First Lady, Sandra Roelofs has made a speech at the UN in the annual meeting of UNICEF. She thanked the organization for implementing programs in Georgia after the last year's August war.
Roelofs told journalists that many refugees have got money and other aids from UNICEF.
She pointed out that after her speech, the Russian representation made a report, mostly focusing on Georgia. "The Russian representative stated that he is surprised at the fact why the last year's August events was called the Russian aggression, aggression has come from Tbilisi,| the First Lady noted.
She said the Russian representative was responded by the Georgian Ambassador to UN, Kakha Lomaya who reminded about the UN resolution, adopted on Sept. 9 which is about refugee's repatriation and supports Georgia's territorial integrity.
