Turkmenistan, Ashgabat, Oct. 5 / Trend , H.Hasanov/
Leading Israeli publication reported today that Reuven Dinel was appointed the first Israeli Ambassador to Ashgabat, scheduled to open in the near future.
According to the Israeli portal IzRus, the Yedioth Ahronott newspaper stressed that the relations with Turkmenistan are of particular importance for Israel.
IzRus before the appointment wrote that "Dinel's appointment Ambassador to Turkmenistan will be a very good choice. He has several advantages before most of Israel's career diplomats, appointed ambassadors to the countries of Central Asia.
Dinel can fluently speak in Russian, understands the realities of this region, is well aware of there the mentality and behavior. Unlike the diplomats - native Israelis, he knows how to deal with state officials of Muslim republics of the former Soviet Union."
