There are no Azerbaijani citizens among infected with A/H1N1 in Turkey, Azerbaijani ambassador to Turkey, Zakir Hashimov, told Trend on October 27.
He said that pupils and people working in health sector are mainly infected with this virus in Turkey. The embassy has no information about Azerbaijani citizens infected with this virus, diplomat said over phone from Ankara.
The Turkish Ministry of Health reported about the first fatal case due to swine flu on Saturday. It was registered in Ankara.
As of October 24, about 958 cases of swine flu were registered in Turkey, the ministry of health said.
