Georgia has reported three new cases of the swine flu, Georgian National Disease Control Center head Paata Imnadze said.
According to the official, in two cases the virus was imported from abroad.
Swine flu patients in Georgia are in normal health. One patient was cured without intervention and two other patients are under medical supervision, Imnadze said.
Yesterday, the Health Ministry invited the clinic management to speak about the spread of the virus in neighboring countries and made recommendations to prevent the virus.
Georgia expects mass distribution of influenza in late November. Imnadze said the country is ready for a surge in the pandemic and has all the necessary drugs in sufficient quantities.
Georgia has recorded 51 cases of the swine flu.
