In 2010, the budget funds for the maintenance of the Parliament of Azerbaijan are envisaged to be increased.
In 2010, the Public budget funds for the maintenance of the administration of Azerbaijan Parliament are envisaged to be increased by 2.5 percent as compared to 2009, the finance minister the Finance Minister Samir Sharifov said during discussions over draft 2010 Public budget.
1.4 million manat is envisaged to be allocated for the acquisition of new inventory and equipment and also cars, the minister said. According to the minister, now 97 cars in good condition are in the possession of the Parliament.
The next year's budget also provides increasing funds for the Presidential Administration. The amount of these funds will be increased by two million manat as compared to 2009, said Sharifov. According to him, these funds will be used to conduct international events scheduled for 2010.
