Kazakhstan files criminal cases due to people died in floods

Criminal cases on people died in the floods in the village of Kyzylagash in Aksu region of Almaty, the press-service of the Kazakh Interior Ministry said.
"In an incident that claimed the lives of people in the village Kyzylagash Aksu district of Almaty region, Almaty oblast prosecutor's office opened and accepted the work of the investigative committee MIA ", - reported in Interior Ministry press service.
The criminal case was filed under Article 315 (negligence in the service) and 316 (negligence) of the Kazakh Criminal Code by the prosecutor's office due to the incident that claimed the lives of people in the village of Kyzylagash in Aksu region, Almaty, the Interior Ministry press-service said.
"At present, criminal investigation is continuing," the ministry noted.
The investigation is under control of the Attorney General and Interior Minister.
